FAQs
Do you see children?
Definitely. Dr. Berquist and Dr. Ornelas are happy to welcome all of your loved ones, from grandparents all the way down to young kids with growing smiles. We’ll be sure to keep a close eye on their developing oral health with gentle check-ups and cleanings, and preventive services like dental sealants and fluoride treatment can provide helpful protection as they learn to brush and floss properly.
Can my new crowns/bridges/fillings/etc be tooth-colored instead of metal?
Yes! In addition to traditional materials, our doctors are happy to offer more aesthetic alternatives for image-conscious patients. All-ceramic restorations are crafted from quality, lifelike materials that have the same translucent and reflective qualities as your tooth enamel, creating an ideal match within your smile. Similarly, composite resin, tooth-colored fillings can be shaded to match the treated tooth for a virtually seamless result.
Dental care makes me nervous. Do you offer anything that can help me relax?
A large amount of the population suffers from mild to severe feelings of dental anxiety when faced with an upcoming appointment. At Region Dental, we aim to make this experience smoother and more comfortable all the way through, and sedation dentistry can be a big help.
I’m missing some of my teeth. What’s the best option for replacement?
There are several options for tooth replacement available today, and no one choice is right for every single patient. During a consultation, our doctors can discuss your dental needs and preferences with you in depth, working together to form a plan of action that fits you to a tee. You may decide on dental implants, which offer incredible health and aesthetic benefits. Dental bridges are also available as a sturdy alternative, as well as full and partial dentures for patients in need of speed and convenience.
Can you help me improve the way my smile looks?
Of course! Cosmetic dentistry is always available for adults who are struggling with dental flaws like stains, chips, cracks, gaps, and more. Available treatment options include porcelain veneers, direct bonding, and all-ceramic restorations. With the help of these services, our team can restore your dazzling look in a way that exceeds expectations!
I’m having a dental emergency! Can you help?
Yes. We understand that dental emergencies can be unnerving and even terrifying – that’s why, in addition to our extended morning and evening hours, we’ll do everything we can to see these cases on the same day as the patient’s initial call. Our doctors and team members can also provide helpful instruction over the phone, if needed. Our goal is to provide you or your loved one with needed relief as soon as possible.
Do you take my insurance?
Our practice is an in-network provide for Delta Dental. Not a member of that particular plan? We’re also happy to file paperwork for other insurance on your behalf, helping you get the most out of your available benefits. Please visit our new patients page to learn more!
